Terms of Use

Effective October 15, 2026. These terms cover your use of artenon.com, our phone line and our text messages. Work we do for clients is covered by the signed agreement for that work, not by these terms.

Using this site

You may use artenon.com to learn about Artenon LLC ("Artenon", "we", "us"), contact us and schedule a call. Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break it, scrape it, or send spam or harmful content through its forms or chat.

Text message terms (SMS)

• Program: Artenon LLC messages. Texts about calls you scheduled (confirmations, reminders and changes), replies to questions you sent us by form, chat or text, and, only if you agreed to them separately, occasional marketing texts about our services.
• How you join: by ticking the separate, unchecked text-message consent box on the "Schedule a 20-minute call" form at artenon.com. That is the only way we sign you up; we do not enroll you by phone, chat or email. Texts about your request and call, and marketing texts, are separate choices; each is optional.
• Frequency: varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Opting out: reply STOP at any time. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed. Reply START to join again.
• Help: reply HELP, call (646) 845-9600 or email [email protected].
• Consent to texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
• You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number. We never share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Calls

Our phone line is answered by our AI assistant. Calls may be recorded for quality assurance purposes, and we keep a transcript and written summary so we can follow up. We don't send text messages based on a phone call; confirmations and reminders for a call booked by phone go out by email and calendar invitation.

Our content

The text, design, logo, videos and images on this site belong to Artenon or are used with permission. You may share links to the site, but please don't copy or reuse its content without our written permission. "Artenon" and the Artenon logo are our marks.

No promises of results

Information on this site describes how we work. It isn't a promise of specific leads, rankings, calls or revenue, which depend on many things outside our control.

Other sites

Links to other websites are for convenience. We aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Artenon isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any dispute about them will be heard in the courts of New York.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
