Privacy Policy

Effective October 15, 2026. This policy explains what Artenon LLC ("Artenon", "we", "us") collects when you visit artenon.com, call or text us, chat with us or schedule a call, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• What you give us. Your name, business name, type of business, phone number, email address and anything you write in a form, chat or text, or say on a call.
• Calls. Our phone line is answered by our AI assistant. Calls may be recorded and transcribed, and we keep a written summary so we can follow up. We do not sign you up for text messages over the phone; confirmations and reminders for a call booked by phone are sent by email and calendar invitation.
• Scheduling. The time you pick for a call and any notes you add.
• Website use. Pages visited, the device and browser you use, and where you came from (for example a search or an ad), collected through cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

• To answer you, call you back and run the call you scheduled.
• To send confirmations, reminders and follow-ups you agreed to.
• To understand which pages and ads bring people to us, and improve the site.
• To deliver work for clients under a signed agreement, and to meet legal requirements.

Text messages (SMS)

You can agree to two kinds of texts from Artenon LLC, separately: (1) texts about your request and your scheduled call (confirmations, reminders and replies), and (2) occasional marketing texts about our services. Each is optional, and neither is required to buy anything.

How you opt in. The only way to opt in is to tick the separate, unchecked text-message consent box on the "Schedule a 20-minute call" form at artenon.com. We never sign you up by phone, chat, email or any other route, and consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. If you text our number first, we reply only to what you asked, and that reply includes opt-out instructions. We use your number only to send the kinds of messages you agreed to.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Full program terms are in our Terms of Use under "Text message terms".

We do not share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We only share it with the service providers that deliver our messages for us.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with providers that help us run the business, under their own confidentiality and security terms: our customer relationship and messaging platform, phone and email providers, scheduling, website hosting, analytics and our office software. We may also share it if the law requires it, or if Artenon's business is sold or merged.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar tools, such as website analytics and advertising measurement, to see how the site is used and which ads work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Health information

Please don't send patient or health details through this website, chat, text or our phone line. When we work with healthcare clients, any health information is handled under a separate Business Associate Agreement and HIPAA-compliant tools, not this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and call records for as long as we need them to follow up with you and run the business, and client records for as long as our agreements and the law require. Then we delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

• Ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
• Stop texts by replying STOP, and stop emails with the unsubscribe link.
• Ask us not to use your information for marketing.

Security

We protect your information with access controls and two-step sign-in on our accounts. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise that information will never be accessed without permission.

Children

This site is for business owners. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
